This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage cleaning teams across various sites within your designated area. Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, assess cleaning needs, and resolve any issues. Ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time frame and meet company standards. Manage inventory on each site, ensuring that cleaning supplies are appropriately stocked and used efficiently. Support the training and development of the cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities management or cleaning services is preferred. Full, clean driving license (company van provided). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively. Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
