What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the spa facility at Coworth Park.
* You will develop & implement strategic plans to enhance the spa's offerings, ensuing a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
* Working alongside the People & Culture team, you will recruit, train and manage the performance of the Spa team, whilst maintaining budgets and financial performance
* You will cultivate a warm and welcoming environment, promote wellness & relaxation and stay updated on industry trends, to introduce innovative treatments and services.
* You will collaborate with other departments within the hotel to create a cohesive guest experience and a seamless guest journey

What you'll bring

* Previous senior leadership experience of managing a luxuryspa within a 5* hotel environment.
* The ability to lead and inspire a team to drive guest engagement.
* Previous experience and a proven track record of managing complex spa operations.
* Expert knowledge of front of house and back of house protocols and processes within a luxury spa environment.
* Previous experience of swimming pool and thermal facility management.
* Previous experience and skills in budgeting; profit and loss account; payroll management and driving revenue opportunities.
* Ability to set departmental and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
* Previous experience of managing and growing spa memberships.
* Ability to recruit, train and develop teams while addressing performance and maintaining high standards.
* Experience and knowledge of risk assessments, standards operational
* Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
* English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
