Wealth Solutions Analyst Position Profile
A successful candidate will have:
* Prior multi-family office experience, preferably in an operations role with client-facing interactions
* Dedication to a positive firm culture and client service
* Must have a curious nature for learning and desire to problem solve
* The ability to multitask at an extremely high level, adapt to new priorities, and proactively resolve and identify action items independently
* The ability to work with precision and clarity in a high-paced, demanding environment
* The ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and eagerness to assist clients and team members
* Sensitivity to confidential and personal matters for clients
* Strong technology and system skills with competency in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Teams and Excel
* Prior experience with Salesforce, Adhesion, and/or Addepar performance reporting systems a plus
* Spanish speaking a plus
Responsibilities of this position include:
* Taking on an integral role in the client onboarding process as well as the ongoing service of portfolios and individual and family client service needs
* Becoming familiar with the procedures and forms of the firm’s custodian in order to carry out operational items efficiently, and to be able to answer related questions asked by team members and clients
* Preparing/sending forms for physical or electronic delivery through DocuSign
* Maintaining accurate client information across all systems and records
* Creating balance sheets, allocation reports, complex budgeting, estate planning summaries, performance reports, cash flow analysis, and other client reports
* Researching, implementing, and helping coordinate wealth strategies
* Supporting client teams in client meeting preparation, follow-up, and day-to-day client needs
* Assisting with various projects and firm-related initiatives
* Collaborating with clients’ accountants, lawyers, security personnel, fine art advisors, personal assistants, etc.
