Monarch Education are working in partnership with a large Secondary Academy in Denton, Tameside who are looking for 5 Learning Support Assistants to join their team in September for the academic year. The Academy is committed to supporting the inclusion of pupils in their school with SEND, they are anticipating new pupils due to start in September and as such require a set of SEND LSA/ TAs to support these pupils. These roles are full time, ongoing, with opportunity to go permanent for the right people so is a great opportunity for someone to make a good impression in this role. Your specific role will be to work closely with the SEND team to supported identified pupils, you will be allocated a timetable to work with specific pupils to support their inclusion in the classroom and to ensure they are engaged and can access learning and are showing the school values. You will be a positive and proactive individual with prior experience of working with young people / vulnerable adults. The Academy is part of a large multi-academy Trust, with Academies in Gr.Manchester and nationally. As such you are are joining a well established trust, working with this Academy on its path to success - its an exciting time to join the school.
