Position:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about achieving exceptional outcomes for our customers through sound, professional, and consistent service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to project management and an ability to foster collaboration across teams.
As a key member of our Transformation team within the Business Development team, you will play a central role in embedding a robust project management framework across the organization. You will lead key projects directly while also supporting the wider business to follow a best-practice model in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and embed a consistent, business-wide project management framework to effectively manage change across the organization.
* Drive a program of service development and quality improvement, aligning with BCHA’s Strategic Plan 2024-2029 and the strategic priority of becoming ‘Fit for the Future.’
* Lead a coordinated program of work focused on enhancing service quality, ensuring a person-centered approach, embedding Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE), and delivering Trauma-Informed Care.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including the Head of Safeguarding and Quality, the Head of Governance, and the Digital Team, to drive performance management and enhance data and insights practices.
* Support continuous improvement by embedding the BCHA Quality Framework and conducting internal audits to raise standards and improve outcomes.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within the housing, social care, or community services sector.
* Strong ability to lead, embed, and support a project management framework within a complex organizational setting.
* Knowledge of quality frameworks and an understanding of Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma-Informed Care principles.
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with an aptitude for working effectively across departments.
