Research and Development Chemist - Chemicals Sector - West Bromwich Ideal for a graduate looking for their first R&D role An opportunity has arisen in our client's R&D department located at West Bromwich for a Research and Development Chemist. The primary duty of this role is 'hands on' organic synthesis at bench scale. The Research Chemist’s function is to evaluate and cost initial customer enquiries, to develop a robust process suitable for scale up and to produce small scale samples for internal and external evaluation. They are looking for a PhD or graduate chemist who is passionate about organic chemistry. The position would suit a newly qualified PhD/graduate who is after their very first industrial experience.
