Role Overview As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in showcasing their data-based application to clients. Working alongside the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will engage with clients at the pre-sales stage, delivering tailored live demonstrations and ensuring our solution aligns with their unique business requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires a strong blend of technical and business acumen. You will leverage your background in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data to highlight the capabilities of the platform, demonstrating its value through hands-on engagement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and position the platform effectively. Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to client-specific requirements, ensuring a compelling user experience. Work closely with technical teams on data migration, ETL processes, and SQL-based solutions to showcase product integration capabilities. Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits for prospective clients. Gather client feedback and provide insights to influence product development and enhance user experience. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their onboarding journey and addressing technical questions. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to continuously refine our product demonstrations and value propositions. Key Skills & Experience Strong background in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data-related roles. Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and Data Migration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably at the pre-salesor customer success stage. Ability to translate complex data-driven solutions into real-world business benefits. Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
