This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future.
Your Unique Contribution:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Co-ordinator will monitor each project through its entire lifecycle. This key role will analyse and produce reports on monthly NPD KPIs and maintain the Stage Gate governance process for Chivas Brothers and Pernod Ricard Innovation Platform.
You will have three main areas of responsibility:
1. Project Governance & Support:
* Coordinate and track the Stage Gate governance process including maintaining trackers for project collation meetings, business case reviews; completion of single page summaries; taking of minutes and issuing of meeting packs, summaries and minutes to CEO and Exec team.
* Manage the project register and maintain master data through lifecycle of each project as well as maintaining the project prioritisation matrix and change request process and tracker.
* Support the Head of NPD and the NPD Project Managers with administrative duties.
1. System Management:
* Maintain the gate documentation on the Innovation Platform for all projects ensuring alignment with NPD Exec Gate approvals.
* As Super User for the Pernod Ricard Innovation Platform, deliver training of new stakeholders and attend regular Group sessions on performance and improvement of the Innovation Platform.
* Maintain the Wave database, which tracks DTSV savings, on behalf of NPD and Packaging Engineering, and participate in Quarterly Wave reviews linking to the budget cycle and setting of standard costs.
1. Reporting:
* Assist in the creation of KPI reporting for the NPD Innovation Process with a focus on speed to market, development budget and NPD performance at Stage Gates.
* Issue monthly reports on agreed KPIs to Head of NPD and Pernod Ricard Group, summarising trends and run the monthly NPD Resource Capacity plan.
Who You’ll Be Working With:
Internally: Collaborate with the wider Manufacturing team, particularly including Packaging Engineering, as well as other teams such as Finance, Brand, Executive members including CEO and Pernod Ricard Group R&D Innovation Team.
Externally: Collaborate with suppliers, and vendors to ensure delivery of services to the highest standard.
Your Blend of Talent:
This position could be right for you if you:
* Have previous experience in a similar PMO and/or administrative role.
* Are able to work independently, and be process driven with a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
* Are a strong communicator with the ability to create good working relationships with a wide stakeholder group.
* Have a high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
