Office based. 37.5 hours per week contract. This is a new role, created to support the Operations Manager in a broad range of sales order and customer service duties. This will include: Accurately process orders from garden centre customers (including picking notes, delivery scheduling and invoicing). Generate reports from the ERP system. Communicate regularly with customers, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to ensure clarity. Take the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell whenever possible. Take every opportunity to elevate the customer experience. Candidate profile: Sales Office Administrator This will be a varied, challenging and enjoyable role where you will deal with shifting priorities, seasonal demand increases and high customer expectations. We are looking for someone with strong sales office skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Suitable candidates will possess: 3 years of experience in a sales office or customer service role Excellent telephone and written communication skills Experience of a CRM or ERP system Able to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint High attention to detail A friendly, positive and approachable attitude Work well independently and within a team Enjoys a busy role with plenty of 'spinning plates’ Car owner / driver preferred for access to the office.
