As a Secondary School Cover Supervisor, you would be able to choose the days you work, in the schools you want to work - simply leave the rest to Supply Desk. Your responsibilities will be to: Deliver content in a committed and engaging fashion in your given subject. Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and academic excellence. Lead classes in accordance with school ethos, ensuring respect and inclusivity in the learning process. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute positively to the overall educational experience. Maintain clear and thorough feedback and planning records. The ideal candidate will: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject. A recognised teaching qualification is a plus. Hold a clear DBS. Be a committed team player. Be confident and engaging when delivering lesson content. Have strong communication and rapport-building skills. Be enthusiastic in contributing to the wider school community in and out of the classroom.
