Position: Office Administrator Type: Full-time, office-based Location: Epsom Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client’s dynamic organisation based in Epsom. Responsibilities: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling outgoing post. Providing administrative support, including drafting letters and emails. Maintaining databases and control spreadsheets. Preparing engagement and disengagement letters. Performing Company Secretarial admin-based tasks. Communicating with HMRC as required. Managing invoicing and assisting with marketing. Supporting other general office duties as needed. Requirements and Skills: Previous experience in an accounting profession, ideally with Iris experience. A proactive and positive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Attention to detail and professionalism in delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
