Swift Placements are working with a client based in Morley, who specialize in IT support and services, cloud solutions, security, and compliance.
Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be ideal for someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure. The successful candidate must be methodical, a quick thinker, and able to multitask in a pressured environment.
The role involves:
1. Sending quotes to clients
2. Liaising with vendors
3. Tracking orders and updating records
4. Managing product sourcing, pricing, and lead time management for standard and special-order items
5. Responding to purchasing queries in an effective manner
This post requires a proactive, competent, and accurate approach to all tasks, coupled with confident and professional communication with staff and clients at all levels, both internally and externally.
Must have experience in working in a fast-paced role.
The package:
Monday to Friday
Full-time permanent position
Hours: 8:45-5:15pm
Location: Morley (Based just by Brunt Cliffe Academy)
Fully office-based
Salary on offer: £27,000-£30,000 per annum DOE!
33 days holidays + All Bank Holidays

Duties:
1. Display polite and professional communication via phone, email, and face-to-face
2. Provide clients with information by answering questions and requests
3. Order laptops and servers for the business
4. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
5. Escalate finance and accounting issues to the Accounts manager as required
6. Maintain accurate records
7. Work independently
8. Contribute to the team environment
Skills required:
1. Remain calm in stressful situations
2. Prepare written communications
3. Lead people and achieve results with a strong customer orientation
4. Strong interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
5. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
6. Good attention to detail
7. Typing skills for quick and accurate data entry
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
