Job Title: Team Manager – Safeguarding Team
Location: Blackburn
Rate : £40 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Safeguarding Team based in Blackburn and Darwen.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will line manage a small team of dedicated Social Work Practitioners, utilising the support of the dedicated Advanced Practitioner for Safeguarding Adults and a dedicated Advanced Practitioner for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding Officers.

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK license and have post-qualified experience. It’s essential to have a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
