Main duties of the job The role includes assessing clients who uses drugs, giving harm reduction and brief advice, conducting referrals and liaising with Turning Point and community drug and alcohol services in surrounding boroughs, supporting with safe discharge planning with collaborationand communication with community drug and alcohol services.
