The Role:
As a Commissioned Sales Agent, you'll be a sales closer with a relentless drive to achieve success. You'll work remotely (work from home possible) and be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
Your Responsibilities:
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: You'll be a lead generation machine, identifying and acquiring new leads through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
* Sales Outreach & Relationship Building: You'll be an expert at building rapport with potential clients over the phone, understanding their unique meeting space needs, and positioning MeetingRoomz.com as the ideal solution.
* Closing the Deal: You'll leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into paying customers, showcasing the value proposition of MeetingRoomz.com and overcoming objections with confidence.
* Customer Service Champion: You'll go the extra mile to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations.
* Sales Pipeline Management: You'll be organized and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
* Continuous Learning & Collaboration: You'll be a lifelong learner, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and the latest sales techniques. You'll also actively collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize strategies and share best practices.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within a commission-based environment.
* Strong experience in outbound sales, particularly closing deals over the phone.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
