ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to company expansion, our client is recruiting for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing water (clean water) related construction projects from site set up to hand over, safely delivering works within programme and budget to the clients specification and requirements.
Main duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Formulate and implement procurement strategy
2. Monitor the activities and performance of the project
3. Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports
4. Provide suitable bid support at tender stage
5. Assist with all commercial aspects and monitor contract costs
6. Lead project management commissions, act as the key day to day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold experience in managing and successfully delivering drainage and potable water projects. Ideally you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, hold good stability of employment whilst working for a UK based water or civil engineering contractor and hold a valid CSCS card.

For this opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £60,000 – £70,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered including car allowance, company bonus, 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, and other benefits .
