Job overview
To carry out collections and deliveries between Crawley Hospital and East Surrey Hospital.
Ensure that medical devices are transported in a safe condition, correctly segregated and reach the correct destination in good condition, on time and delivered.
Main duties of the job
It's very important that loose packages and mail are contained. Great care must be taken to ensure no samples or mail is left in a vehicle after the final delivery. Drivers must carefully check their vehicle. Ensure the correct external signs are fixed to vehicles in line with current legislation at the time.

* Experience with driver 3.5 ton tail lift van.

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operate a 24 hour 365 day a year service and all nursing, clinical and operational roles will require staff to work 24/7 shifts (if required) unless you are specifically advised otherwise as part of the recruitment process.
