What you’ll be doing: Supporting students aged 2 - 19 with a range of learning needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment Work as part of a friendly team to provide care and education Celebrating small wins and making every day meaningful for the students What we’re looking for: Experience working with children (or vulnerable young adults) within the UK is essential Some experience working with SEN or in a care setting is advantageous (but a great attitude is just as important) A nurturing and patient approach A good sense of humour and a positive mindset The ability to work well in a team and adapt to different situations Why join us?
