Ford Fuels is a family run fuel and lubricant distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for the Full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Gloucester Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the role:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
* Fully office based
* 1st line telephone response
* Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
* Raise tickets for fuel orders
* Process orders for Transport to deliver
* Take payments over the phone
* Direct calls to the relevant departments
* Process group orders
* Transfer tickets to other depots
* Cover for raising repeat order tickets
* Regular internal communication
* Covering other duties as and when required
About you:
* Experience in a similar role
* Inbound telephone experience
* Customer service experience
* Good administrative skills
* Good communication skills
* Highly organised
* IT literate
* Awareness of data protection principles
* Willing to learn about the business and progress
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to prioritise and manage own workload
