Job Description We have an exciting opportunity in a newly created role for an Administrative Assistant to join an organisation based in Huddersfield on a full-time basis. This role is integral, delivering first-class support to the team and clients, including scheduling, client liaison, production of documentation, and administrative support. We are keen to speak with experienced Administrative Assistants who are proactive, confident, and self-assured, with the ability to support senior leadership and executives effectively while maintaining the confidentiality of communications and records, and managing commercially sensitive information. Some of the Administrative Assistant duties include: Answer the telephone and direct the calls or take messages Greet clients who visit the office Prepare letters as requested Email clients as requested Welcome and onboard new clients, requesting personal information to register Complete necessary forms to register clients Capture client data onto our Customer Management system and ensure this is updated when necessary Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of procedures and policies Assist with the offboarding of clients This is a permanent position working full-time, working Monday to Friday. Standard working hours are 9am – 5.15pm; however, can be flexible on start and finish times, with a salary of £24,000 to £26,000.
