My well-established client has over 40 years of experience within their industry and is looking for proactive, motivated individuals that want to work in a busy and varied role. This role offers the opportunity to work in a customer-focused position taking inbound calls and scheduling technicians. Plenty of opportunity for progression and open-minded to speak with candidates with or without experience.
ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. NO INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE NEEDED.
Job Responsibilities:
* Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
* Record client interactions and service requests using our internal systems.
* Help schedule and organise service visits, ensuring efficient use of time.
* Assist in facilitating communication between clients, technicians, and managers.
* Manage emails and support tickets in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain high standards of customer care and attention.
* Contribute to team goals through hard work and dedication.
* Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
* Computer literate
* Strong communication skills
* Can manage own time and prioritise tasks
