We're Hiring: Junior Creative Designer - B2B - Permanent - Reading area - Hybrid 3 days/week in office
Are you a versatile Creative Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and building powerful brand identities? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual ready to bring fresh energy and expertise to a growing team supporting design needs across print, digital, video, and events.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing marketing team, supporting everything from acquisition campaigns and event marketing to internal communications and product launches.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and maintaining brand assets that drive consistency across all platforms
Creating engaging visuals for print, digital, video, and web
Designing for events, exhibitions, and high-impact campaigns
Supporting sales and marketing initiatives with compelling visual content
Collaborating with creatives, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier assets
Editing and optimising creative media across social and digital platforms
What we're looking for:
✔️ A portfolio showcasing print, digital, and video design
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus Figma or Sketch
✔️ Solid experience in campaign and event design, ideally in a B2B/tech environment
✔️ Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for brand identity
✔️ Strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
Bonus points for:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Comms, or similar
Familiarity with UI/UX principles
Experience in B2B branding and sales enablement
