About the Role:
This Spare Parts Coordinator role will help the client to streamline their operations and stores, as well as support their customer service. In this full-time role, you will play an integral part in ensuring that their inventory is maintained to the highest standards and ensuring their customers receive the high class of support they need.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock taking to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Process, prepare, and despatch orders with an eye for detail, ensuring all parts are accurately picked and packed.
Keep the store organised, clean, and compliant with all safety standards.
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, efficiently resolving any order-related issues and providing exceptional service.
Work closely with our service and finance teams to forecast demand accurately and ensure seamless billing processes.
About you:
As the successful Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be detail-oriented, with a passion for organisation and a proactive approach to challenges. Ideally you will have experience in inventory management or a similar role, but essentially you will have strong problem-solving, excellent time management and communication skills. This role will require you to be physically capable of lifting and packing parts as needed.
