Information Technology Support Specialist (Spanish or Portuguese Speaking)
Location: Hybrid (Manchester 4 days a week) Salary: £24,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide outstanding customer service, resolving technical queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Clearly explain technical concepts to customers in a user-friendly manner.
* Learn and master our software platform, becoming a subject matter expert.
* Train customers on the use of our systems.
* Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
We're Looking For Someone With:
* Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You're passionate about helping people and have a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
* A Hunger to Learn and Teach: You're quick to pick up new skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
* A Tech-Savvy Mindset: While this isn't a coding role, you're comfortable working with technology and have a genuine interest in understanding how it works.
* Strong Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical information in a clear and concise way.
* Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
* Experience: Ideally 6-12 months in a tech-related or customer support role, however, 3 years on a service desk would be highly desirable.
