Technical Training Administrator

Summary
My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Technical Trainer Administrator to join their team based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
Role/Duties
1. Ensuring competence system updates and associated competence passports for GT are maintained. Support system issue resolution and escalate as required.
2. Provide system support for the maintenance of competency framework updates and associated competence passports.
3. Ensure data quality and security standards are monitored in line with requirements. Identify areas for quality or security improvement.
4. Supporting GT Operations with general queries relating to the competency systems and framework.
5. To adhere to GDPR regulations in relation to the management of competence information.
6. To support the Competence Officers with the ongoing auditing of the competence system.
7. Support the technical training team with administrative support and coverage across the wider team when required.
Candidate Requirements
1. Knowledge of the Safety Technical Competency requirements and the training required to maintain/provide a Skilled, Compliant, Safe, and Competent Workforce.
2. Good understanding of appropriate legislative requirements, company standards, and instructions.
3. Demonstrate successful capability in effective communication and organisational skills.
4. Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
5. Valid UK Driving licence.
