Senior Software Engineer – Ruby/Rails
Location: Remote (UK-based)
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale and improve our Workforce Management & Payroll product, used by thousands globally. You’ll work across our stack (Ruby on Rails, JS, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, React/React Native), build new features, mentor the team, and tackle scaling challenges.
What we’re looking for:
~7+ years experience (Product/SaaS preferred)
~ Deep expertise in at least one part of our stack
~ Strong mentoring & collaboration skills
~ Quality-focused – you care about automation & great tooling
