Nursery Manager

£34,000/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in Heybridge. This role is full time and is across either 4 or 5 days, and offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per year, with a scheduled increase in April. The successful candidate will need to travel to Chelmsford each month for a manager meeting across sites.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing updates on children's progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (Minimum)
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A relevant qualification in early childhood education or equivalent.
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
