Want to work for a Forbes recognised “Best GreenTech of 2024”? Want to be part of “Sunday Times Best Places to Work”? Perhaps, you want to join a company who are employee-led and utilising cutting-edge technologies?
I have partnered up with a renowned energy supplier in the UK, who are building customer-facing platforms alongside working on cool areas i.e. smart grid integrations, backend systems and data integration who require multiple Kotlin Engineers to join the team, ASAP.
As a Senior Kotlin engineer, you will be designing; implementing; testing and monitoring the deployment of new flows, liaising with stakeholders and providing cost-benefit assessment from an engineering perspective. You will be developing microservices in server-side Kotlin to serve core business requirements and work with third-party APIs such as Worldpay.
Their current codebase is a mixture of Kotlin, Springboot, REST api, PostgreSQL, Github, Agile, JIRA, GCP, Typescript and Vue.js.
You do not need experience in all areas, we are open to seeing strong Java developers with full-stack experience (React / Vue.js) and the rest can be taught.
We are seeking multiple engineers to scale this team therefore, if you have a friend or colleague who is also on the lookout, please steer them my way!
The Senior Kotlin Engineer role can be paid between £65k - £80k, plus 26 days holiday, and enhanced parental leave to name a few perks. This role is based in London – twice a month in the office.
