We currently have a vacancy for a part time Service Delivery Officers covering the work of the SEN Team and EP (Educational Psychologist) Team working 15 hours per week over 2 days. This is a hybrid role with time spent in our offices at Shute End and remote working from home. We are looking for dynamic forward-thinking individuals who are used to working to strict deadlines and performing under pressure as well as the ability to drive forward change and improve work processes. You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills as you will be the first point of contact for all queries. You will also need a good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word and experience of data inputting onto required systems, knowledge of using Capita ONE is desirable. Minute taking and diary management are essential for this role as there will be a variety of meetings to administer including the weekly SEND Panels. Organisational and prioritisation skills are a must along with the ability to make decisions and deal with highly confidential information. Previous experience of working in a Children’s Services setting including Education is desirable.
