The Pension Audit Manager will collaborate closely with clients, committed to providing a specialist pensions service and delivering advisory-focused projects. You will plan and lead audit engagements, reviewing files and completing sign-off as well as delivering bespoke technical advice and recommendations.
Beyond the day-to-day, the Pension Audit Manager will provide input into the wider growth strategy of the firm and cross-functional teams. You'll shape and drive the next stages of the continuous growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing a portfolio of pension audits, planning and administering audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
2. Managing the audit team, ensuring timely completion, monitoring turnaround, and completing reviews and sign-off on files.
3. Reviewing financial data, highlighting areas of risk, and providing recommendations and guidance to clients.
4. Supporting cross-functional teams, contributing to the ongoing improvement of audit processes.
Requirements:
1. A qualified (ACCA or ACA) pensions audit professional, currently at an Executive, Senior, Assistant Manager, or Manager level with experience of leading audit engagements.
2. Technically strong, with full working knowledge of pension regulation and SORP.
3. A client-focused mindset, that is keen to network and build client relationships.
