In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the team, providing essential support to three Directors and assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diary Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of three Directors, ensuring they are organised and prepared for meetings.
2. Email Management: Take charge of email correspondence - prioritise, action, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
3. Customer Queries: Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
4. Client Product Samples: Oversee the management of client product samples, coordinating requests and ensuring smooth operations.
5. Organising Pricing: Assist in the organisation of pricing information, helping the sales team with essential data.

2. Fantastic communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
3. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector or a similar environment.
