Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

We’re supporting a well-respected professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join their established finance team. About the Role
You’ll lead and inspire a team of six finance professionals, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including client ledgers and legal cashiering, management accounts, compliance, and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the chance to shape the way finance supports the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a well-established and high-performing finance team
Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
Act as a key business partner across teams, contributing to informed decision-making
What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
Background in legal or financial services essential
A confident leader who enjoys managing
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Passion for continuous improvement and adding value
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-led business
