Robert Half are recruiting for a HR Business Partner based in London.
The HR business Partner role offers Hybrid working with 3 days on site 2 from home and offering an hourly rate of up to £30PH negotiable on experience. The ideal candidate will have HR related qualifications alongside experience working with High level stakeholders ideally from a Property background.
In this role you will be responsible for future plans, culture within the business & competition.
Full Responsibilities include -
* Conduct weekly meetings with business units
* Provide support and consultancy with line managers offering guidance when required
* Use trend & metrics available to develop business solutions & Policies
* Manage & resolve complex employee issues
* Keep up to date knowledge of legal requirements of employee management
* Continually reduce legal risks & ensure regulatory compliance
* Performance management guidelines to line managers including coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions
* Continually work to improve employee relations with the aim to increase productivity, increase morale & retention
* Provide policy guidance
* Develop contract terms for new hires including promotion and transfers
* Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce & succession planning
* Identify any knowledge gaps & execute training
