ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AML Trainer at LeoVegas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices related to preventing money laundering and financial crimes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to our team members.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and update training materials and modules related to AML and EDD, tailored specifically for employees within LeoVegas.
2. Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and management teams. Utilize various teaching methods, such as presentations, workshops, and interactive exercises, to ensure effective learning.
3. AML Regulations and Policies: Stay up-to-date with the latest AML regulations, guidelines, and industry standards relevant to the sector. Liaise with UK Management to ensure that training materials and content reflect current regulatory requirements and company policies.
4. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations. Generate reports on training effectiveness and compliance metrics for management review and regulatory reporting purposes.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously assess and improve training materials and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of AML training delivery.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and integration of AML training initiatives with overall business objectives.
7. Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the UK Manager in any ad-hoc tasks related to AML training and process improvement.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the AML space within the online gambling industry.
2. In-depth understanding of AML regulations and requirements applicable to the iGaming industry, including but not limited to KYC, EDD, and transaction monitoring.
3. Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in AML or related fields.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and assess risks to develop targeted training interventions.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
7. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining training records, documentation, and compliance reports.
