VANRATH are recruiting a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to work one of the best known commercial dealers in NI, and you'll deliver a service your customers can trust, and you can take great pride in. Remuneration:
Competitive starting salary + £2,000 joining bonus (after probation) + £2,000 annual performance bonus + £2,000 shift allowance + Profit Share - salary is dependant on skills and experience
Hours:
39 hours per week on a rotating shift:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 16:45, Friday 8:30 - 17:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 16:45, Friday 8:30 - 17:00 & Saturday 8:30 - 17:00
Week 3: Monday to Thursday 15:45 - Midnight. Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
Role:
The aim of this role is to deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our customers.
* Carrying out servicing and repairs on non-commercial vehicles to a high standard representative of a premium brand
* Ensure job cards are completed accurately and in keeping with manufacturer standards
* Mentor and support the development of apprentices
Requirements:
* City & Guilds level 3/NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair
* Full UK driving licence & own tools
* Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally you'll also have some main dealership experience.
