JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a long term client in Halifax as they look to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. Offering the flexibility to work from home, it is envisaged this role will be for three/four hours each day. This is a varied, interesting role working for a friendly company and a great Managing Director. The role will involve: Processing purchase invoices, matching with delivery notes and creating payment schedules Handling supplier queries Creating sales invoices Chasing overdue payments Allocating incoming payments to correct customer accounts Bank reconciliations Assisting with other aspects of a finance office as required Experience in the above duties is essential for this role.
