Salary: Up to £40,000 (Plus KPI related bonuses)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced apprenticeship professional to deliver Leadership and Management apprenticeships, such as Team Leader, ODM, Project Manager, and Coaching. As a Personal Tutor for Management, you will support a diverse cohort/caseload of learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing an outstanding teaching and learning experience. With your energy and passion, you’ll help shape the minds of the future for the industry’s leading training provider in the management sector.

You’ll help deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner by:
1. Engaging, motivating, and encouraging learners to achieve their work-based qualifications.
2. Encouraging active progression through differentiated, impactful, and innovative teaching and learning.
3. Delivering consistent levels of great service to all in line with our Learner Promise to retain learners and employers.
4. Ensuring learners are fully prepared with a completed portfolio in preparation for EPA Gateway.
5. Recruiting for learners and employed apprentice opportunities as appropriate to maintain minimum caseload levels and operational excellence targets.
6. Harnessing the use of technology, learning resources, virtual college, and facilitating workplace on-the-job training.
7. Planning and delivering engaging teaching and learning activities via a variety of methods to suit individual needs and learning styles.
8. Completing all documentation within agreed timescales and providing feedback when required.
9. Conducting consistent, planned, progressive visits and reviews with both the learner and employer in line with ESFA and Learner Journey requirements.
10. Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the children, young people, and individuals you encounter.
