This role will be key in building an ecosystem of product partners by researching, identifying, qualifying, enabling and collaborating with partners that line up with our company's vision and strategy to provide Observability to customers across the software lifecycle! What you'll do
1. Recruit, qualify, enable and build partner relationships
2. Grow users, consumption, and net new logos thru partner set
3. Build, track, and report metrics for partner success
4. Act as trusted resource for partners in your portfolio
5. Work with various business units within New Relic - Sales, Customer Service/Technical teams, Services, Product & Marketing teams.
6. Lead partner relationship & enablement initiatives across New Relic ecosystem partner types.
7. Partner onboarding: Work with our Partner Engineering team to build & enable the partner experience to ensure the partner is prepared to articulate the value prop of New Relic’s Observability platform.
8. Work closely with the Partner Engineering, Partner Enablement, Product and leadership teams to agree upon priorities and develop content.
9. Update and build playbooks for generating business with partners, working closely with the customer success teams, partner engineering teams, partner operations, account executives and partner marketing.
10. Collect and evangelize partner success journeys internally with sales teams, management, and externally within partner ecosystems
11. Distribute partner success & enablement content to pre and post sales teams
12. Work with Leadership & Sales Operations to measure program efficiency across partners
This role requires
13. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
14. Deep Knowledge in enterprise sales and demonstrated experience in partner building & enablement
15. French or Spanish language proficiency
