This is a two-form primary school in the south east of the London Borough of Croydon.
The Role
1. Create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children aged 3–4 years old.
2. Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
3. Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based and structured activities.
4. Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other staff to support each child’s individual needs and foster a love for learning.
5. Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards, ensuring each child’s safety and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) with experience in early years education.
2. A genuine passion for early childhood development, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and support staff.
4. Patience, creativity, and a sense of humour—plus a willingness to celebrate every small step of progress.
