Who You Are An experienced and registered children's social worker with a background as a Practice Development Officer. You have key experience in designing and leading the newly qualified social worker programme (ASYE) as a Practice Educator. You are passionate about mentoring and developing the social care workforce. What the job involves This non-case holding role involves supporting and mentoring learners within the Workforce Development Team. You will develop and deliver learner programmes to support the Continuous Professional Development of the social care workforce, including programmes like ASYE, Apprenticeships, and Step-ups. You will design and deliver high-quality training sessions, supervise and mentor workforce members, and support Practice Educators. Additionally, you will promote good practice throughout the organisation, undertake audits, and support the Quality Assurance Service. The position requires working on-site at least three times per week in the Liverpool area, with a minimum placement of 3 months at £42 per hour.
