About the team

This role is critical to ensuring operations can be a brilliant business partner to our colleagues across Worldpay. The role requires a self motivated individual with an enthusiasm to deliver key strategic changes across our Boarding and Maintenance Operations team.
This position identifies ways in which our Operational teams can evolve and transform using data to drive effective change. A role model for change within our Operations team with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
What you’ll own
1. Lead & oversee the execution of strategic change across UK Operations Boarding and Maintenance teams.
2. Support the successful implementation and delivery of new Products across the SMB portfolio.
3. Identify innovative ways to evolve, grow and transform our target operating model, helping our operation to evolve with a laser focus on Customer experience.
4. Work cross functionally building great, authentic relationships ensuring the greater team’s success.
5. Identify and leverage subject matter experts for process improvement and data analysis.
6. Assess opportunities and eliminate pain points that will drive additional revenue, reduce time or waste improving cost efficiencies.
7. Engage, motivate and support our colleagues throughout change lifecycle, championing change and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring
1. 3-5 years plus experience in a similar role or discipline (Project Management, operational readiness, change management, strong operational management).
2. Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with taking the lead to make key decisions.
3. Ability to conduct excellent analysis, that brings key insights to light.
4. Proficient in productivity, planning, and workload management. Ability to maintain effective working relationships across all levels – exemplifying business partner qualities.
5. Curious – You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
6. Creative - You simplify the complex. Always looking forward to create a bigger impact for our colleagues and customers.
7. Empowered – You use our initiative, taking calculated and thoughtful risks to progress.
