Requirements
* Desirable: Level 2+ Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Essential for Teaching Roles: UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* Desirable: Recent experience working with children in special educational settings.
* A solid understanding of special educational needs and the flexibility to adapt to different environments.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting students.
* SEND-specific experience or training.
* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of SEND students.
