We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (who will have their own portfolio) to lead and manage our Service Account Management team (team of 4). The team is focused on developing strong strategic relationships with our customers, maximizing opportunities to collaborate, achieve efficiencies, and improve capability. This role involves enhancing contractual activities and monitoring adherence to KPIs.
As a member of the Aftermarket Management team, this role will work collaboratively to drive new initiatives and strategic growth activities. This role is not about generating revenue but providing management to the Service Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, drive, and motivate teams within an account management or customer servicing environment.
* Establish strong and long-term customer relationships.
* Operate in matrix operational structures.
* Be a customer-focused individual, managing demanding customers in a customer-led organization.
* Operate at both strategic and operational levels to drive and support the required business results.
* Possess a commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service-oriented operation.
