Hours 37 hours per week, all year round.

Peterborough College is seeking a passionate and organized HR Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our staff by providing exceptional administrative services in the areas of Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
What you'll do:
Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Senior HR Business Partner and the L&D Business Partner
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with College policies and procedures
Manage the administration of disciplinary and grievance procedures
Oversee Learning & Development activities, including training records and induction programs
Track Occupational Health referrals and support with audits

What we're looking for:
A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration)
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A good communicator
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in HR or a related field (desirable)
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to confidentiality and data protection (GDPR)
A flexible and proactive approach to work
