Location: Leicester with hybrid working We are looking for someone to have overall responsibility for the design, monitoring and reporting of the Bank’s strategy, as set by the Executive and sponsored by the Board. You would have authority of the finance business partnering team across the 3 business lines of the Bank, ensuring robust challenge and support to facilitate delivery of financial and strategic plans. You would have ownership of financial planning tools to ensure that the Bank’s financial forecasts, performance and key business drivers are effectively managed, and any corrective intervention is timeously enacted. You would be accountable for the organisation’s financial strategy evaluation and development, providing decision support and delivering the organisation’s key performance framework.
