Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
About the Role
We Are Group is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee the successful delivery of key public sector contracts such as, but not limited to, His Majesties Courts and Tribunal Services (HMCTS). In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring that our public sector clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and driving client satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with experience managing contracts within the public sector, ideally with government agencies, legal institutions or similar bodies. Your understanding of the complexities and regulatory requirements of public sector contracts will be key to ensuring successful delivery and long term client satisfaction.
