As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing personalised learning experiences for students with SEND, helping them develop foundation skills and reach their full potential. You will create engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students, fostering their academic and personal growth. As a Primary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to a range of learning abilities and needs. Foster a love for learning in students, encouraging them to explore, grow, and build essential skills. Adapt lesson plans to accommodate students' individual learning needs, including those with SEND. Build positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their academic and emotional development. Help students prepare for and achieve qualifications, such as SATs, or prepare for transition into secondary education. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive, inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and primary teaching experience. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEND and strategies to support them in learning. Patience, empathy, and excellent relationship-building skills. A commitment to helping students achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment. Experience teaching primary-aged children (Key Stage 1 and 2). Why Join Us?
