Group Incident Manager - Contract - UK Remote
A leading financial services company is seeking a Group Incident Manager for a 10-month initial contract, offering a competitive day rate of £550. This role is UK remote working and falls Inside IR35.
Role Responsibilities:
* Evaluate incidents raised through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders, providing regular incident updates.
* Ensure all necessary actions are completed to resolve incidents efficiently.
* Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, adding value to the team.
* Conduct day-to-day monitoring of tools such as ServiceNow, Teams channels, and Downdetector.
* Flexibility in working with the the occasional work outside regular hours and provide standby support for incidents and major IT releases.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in Group Incident Management.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through complex incidents.
* Experience in engaging with partners through incidents, Post-Incident Reviews, and/or service reviews.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
