A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it-we'll cover the costs). Experience supporting young people with additional emotional and behavioral needs (through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience). Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
