About the Role
As a Residential Practitioner, you will:

About You
You'll bring:
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
* A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it-we'll cover the costs!).
* Experience supporting young people with additional emotional and behavioral needs (through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience).
* Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
