Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support the efficient management and execution of product and project-related activities.
This role will involve coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders to drive product success and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in tracking product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Track new product and product enhancement projects through relevant gates and report on progress.
3. Administer the Chiptech knowledge database.
4. Ensure and track that all relevant product documentation is reviewed and updated where applicable.
5. Administer document sets with the wider Chiptech organisation (New Zealand, Spain, Netherlands, etc.).
6. Coordinate project schedules and resources, flagging updates and any risks to the Head of Product and Brand.
7. Update product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and technical reports as directed.
8. Assist with product launches, including preparing materials and administering timelines.
9. Provide administrative support to the product department as needed.
Required Experience
1. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
